Candidate requirements

ALL CANDIDATES MUST:

  • Have at least one-year recent transcription experience

  • Show precision and close attention to detail

  • Be reliable, consistent and self-motivated

  • Be organised and deadline focused

  • Have good communication skills and quick to respond to messages

  • Demonstrate excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar

  • Follow instructions carefully and accurately

  • Have a positive attitude to feedback and development

  • Respect confidentiality (you will be required to complete a confidentiality agreement)

It’s important when taking the test that you read the Word Bee guidance and follow it carefully. Successful candidates will receive ongoing training and feedback on their work to ensure that we continue striving for the highest standards. It is essential that you pay close attention to detail and have a positive attitude to feedback and development.
